He would never let stone cold be his vice president
Vince is a legitimate workaholic that doesn't like to lose - Trump is chronically lazy and more concerned with image and deluding himself.
Vince is heavily consumed with image, and delusional when it comes to being able to control everything, but wouldn't make as stupid decisions all of the time. He really did build majority of his billion dollar empire.
Vince also knows how to hire people for his own weaknesses. He's not fooling himself about his blindspots.
So all that said -- I think Vince would be better at it. But would he be any less corrupt? Eh, slightly less. I can't see him trying to blackmail the president of Ukraine for example with security funds already approved by Congress, breaking two laws at once...I can see him paying off a porn star and running through hos. So you'd get some of the vices but not all of them.
He would also obsessively read everything and want to know everything that is going on. Trump was not like that at all as president and was likely functionally illiterate, just getting pictures of things and having to be cajoled into doing simple work. Vince also would get up at 7am and start working and stop at 9pm at night (he does that already to the point his employees like Cornette have done shoots on how much they desperately wanted him to just go on vacation - which he is incapable of)....Trump started work at like 11am every day and had 4 hours of presidential time (doing nothing).
Overall, I think Vince would be more effective but I don't think I would like his policies. He also would be a lot smarter about what would make people happy and how to present things.
