I've never done it but my mom has tons of times. Its nice if you have a good sign on bonus.

stay in the same place you grew up in your whole life w/o exploring the world brehs
I moved to Memphis with nothing but a tv and some clothes. Got a nice job offer and had to make it happen to get my career started. As long as you arent moving to some spot like North Dakota you will benefit from leaving and getting some legit experience under your belt.

That's my situational ideal job. I need a work visa
Depends on the location and the job. When my prior position was displaced, I could have move to Jacksonville, FL to keep my job but I was ready to do something else. Also, I didn't care for the city (too country for me). I would do it for the right location and opportunity

Then came to delaware
BaCK near my family and hood but far enough away

It may not have been "a lot" Perse, but growing up we only moved if she was offered more money some place else. That was probably like 3 or 4 times. I actually enjoyed starting over every few years and making new friends in new places.
I got a job offer in some city that had a black pop of 0.0003% I declined.

Yep. Did it twice. 1st time 45 mins from home (not far at all) but it was a new city and state where I knew no one.
And then 7 hours away to where I am no.
I've come up with a saying- " Be scared to make a big move but don't let that fear stop you. "
