A). It's definitely white people humor.
B) there is actually a whole industry in China called "white monkeys" (no I did not make that up), where rich Chinese pay white people to do silly often embarrassing things like this on camera. Sometimes for personal use, other times for commercials.
Lately a few black exPats have done it also in ghuangzho. They pay crazy money, but you must leave your dignity in your briefcase.
C). No, I value my self image too much for me to do this. This is right up there with being a male stripper in embarrassment quality.
