All of that looks like trash, and my entire family is from LA. Talking about "I want a plate" and "cajun whites", white people can't cook gumbo for shyt and every other dish is dry as hell. At best, they don't fukk up crawfish, but imagine fukking that up. They even fukk up pecan candy. Honestly, gumbo is the number one thing I would never trust most to make, there is a fine line between fukking that up and not.
Edit: I also don't trust anyone skipping showers to touch anything I'm eating.

honestly yeah because white folk like that use seasoning. Cajun's come from the french and french cuisine is delicious.
That's part of the dish, to be fair, but I have never seen it that dried out so not sure what he was going for, exactly.Messed it up adding the spaghetti IMO
