I got this from Baller Alert on instagram. Some of the responses shocked me. Here it is:
“I needed some advice and hoping someone out there can help. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I love my boyfriend. We’re living together and things are great. But, as we're living together, I've noticed that he's terrible with his finances, has bad credit, and is 15k + in debt. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Money isn't everything, but I also don't want to live the rest of our lives carrying our finances. I am considering breaking up with him. Am I wrong?”
Summary
⠀⠀⠀
My advice for her would be to leave but...they are living together so its harder to pack and move out. But if he was trying to work on getting himself together & if he was the one.. I would stay....but if he wasn't I would leave.
I actually broke up with someone because he didnt have his self together, didnt want to deal with the hard relationship stuff & he wasn't 'the one'. He wanted kids & of his own. But didnt want to go to school, just wanted to work a minimum wage job. We had a disagreement one time & he didnt take it seriously until I had to scream at him. He wanted to do the fun relationship stuff but didnt want to have real discussions. He wanted kids but wouldnt even talk with me about how he wants to raise them, whats his medical history, etc. I think he just wanted a baby because it would give him a place to stay. I could see he would be no help if we had a kid together.
