That's correct. But, If I had to go with a v6 that's relatively fast and with mod potentials it would be a Supra TT, kia stringer gt2 or Nissan GT-R.
Search autotempest.com there are plenty of V8 camaro, challengers and mustangs. More than you would believe. I'm talking about most recent body styles too.
I did when the 1st 5th gen came out. If you can afford it just get a v8

. I say do whatever makes you happy but after owning a v6 muscle car you might as well get a Japanese v6 sports car
