Depends how much power she has over you.

I'm fukking my Latina manager. Some days she'll come in beefing cuz her and her husband are arguing or she's on her period or something and she'll just start going OD hard on me.

But she has no real power so it's not a big deal. She tries to tell me to do stuff and I ignore her or do a half assed job.

Now if she was the main manager she probably would have fired me and rehired me 30 times.
