The black man is always targeted.
Literally everything in this country is rigged towards non-black lawyers. Easy to win cases when you literally know the judge. I know a lawyer and basically she exposed how they all know each other and how she could literally be a judge if she wanted to because her brother in law is a high ranking judge and all he has to do is a write a letter and she’s pretty much in. There’s entire families of people who are nothing BUT lawyers and judges. Rigged ass system.
It depends on the area though, if you’re in some parts of the South where it’s mainly still black people running things you’d be better off hiring a well paid respected black lawyer than a Jewish one.
