Was the pain bearable? I saw in the vids they use the freeze spray.

To make this worse I’m in the military and legitimately (scared) of that long ass needle:why:the pain got worse from this active duty shyt

I’d rather take some pills before get that needle:snoop:

They freeze the area. You feel a little discomfort but it's over fast. The once the meds start to work :blessed:. I get them twice a year for my ankle

Yeah the pain is bearable, you not gon die my nikka. Just be glad they have the freeze can now. That shyt makes a big difference. Plus you lucky its only one shoulder too.

After 4 or 5 days you should be good and prolly wont feel any pain in ya shoulder at all if everything goes good. Just be positive.

Steroids are a class of drugs that reduce inflammation. They are different from performance enhancing drugs with the same name. Anabolic steroids work completely differently. Steroid medications such as cortisone are used literally everyday by millions of people.
