In my shoulder
I been having issues for years but finally got an MRI. It’s saying I got arthritis around the rotator cuff and bicep tendinitis, I’m only 25. Jesus.
Been weightlifting since 16, got a long time to go. The doc put me on muscle relaxers and it was doing ok, but recently told me he wants to do a steroid shot in the shoulder.
I’m watching videos and it’s looks painful as hell, with a long needle. Peoples joints cracking and shyt while they stick it in. Plus they say there’s risky potential side effects. But my shoulder been fcked up since 2010
