If it's a for-profit school, I'm gonna have to put my foot down. If they are getting a tangible education, and actually have outlined a way to translate their artistic ability into a career, then I'd support them.

Artistically talented people do not need a degree to become successful.

By 18/19 they should already be industry connected and on thier way to touring/publishing/producing/etc.
