Breh that is basically in the Hamptons/Wine country.

They selling this as an investment property. And depending on how close it is to the bay, its probably a fair ask considering what houses rent for during the summer months.
I thought the Hamptons was on the south fork? (This house is on the north fork)

Yeah, I read the comments and it said it's in wine country. They expect someone will buy the house, tear it down and built an new construction home in its place.

Im not familiar with this town (or most of Suffolk County) as I rarely ever venture that far east, most times I go to LI it's to Nassau County.

I didn't know the north fork was poppin' like that :ohhh:

You're right that its technically more wine country. But its only an hour away from some of the more popular Hampton spots (i.e. Sag Harbor, Tuckahoe :mjlol: etc.).

I've been vacationing out that way a bit more ever since COVID, and i've noticed that the real estate out there is simply idiotic. People literally renting out houses with <500 sq. ft. for $7,000/week during the summer months.
