Let's say you're lead actor on on a popular show(think fresh prince, Martin, Jamie Foxx)

Pros:
-money
-Fame
-you get to meet fine ass guess stars and other popular celebrities
-you'll have a bit of creative control

Cons:
- show generally won't last as long
-you might get type casted(jj from good times, Steve urkel)
-Atleast one Co star will hate you

Now an adult sitcom(family guy, Simpsons etc)

Pros:
-money
-can show up in your pajamas
-not as much "practice"
-show will usually last longer

Cons:
- no one knows you
-will be harder to parlay it into something bigger
- might get boring

Give me the live sitcom since it would be easier to branch out and if push comes to shove I could end up doing voice acting if I am typecast.
