3 12 hour shifts easily. I've worked long days before and for me wasn't much difference between doing 8 and 12 since by the time I got off work I was drained and didn't want to do anything anyway.

I work mon to friday dint get paid for lunch so it works out to 37.5 hrs a week

40 hours vs 36 hours.

3x12 is easy, its the alternating 3x12 and 4x12 schedule that takes a toll on you. 8 hours is my ideal schedule because I value my sleep/free time when I get off work.
