Would you rather work 4 days a week at 10 hours a day, or 5 days a week at 8 hours? Curious about this.

I don't think I can go back to a 5 day workweek. Sure, if the company needs me to work that 5th day every now and then for the project to finish. Then sure. But knowing that most of the year, I'll have Friday's and weekends off... I can't go back to working 5 days...

This should be the way forward

I worked 4/10 hour days Monday through Thursday….it wasn’t bad

I worked like 10:15am-9pm… only lost it because I had to switch my schedule because of my dad cancer treatments

4/10 gang still but the timing also had to be right

My last 4/10 job I had to be at work at 1pm. It was great… I could handle shyt in the mornings (VA appointments, car maintenances, calls to fam, banking shyt, DMV shyt, etc.) and be at work after all that or on my extra day off, I could handle things that I couldn’t do over the weekend due to everything being closed.

I also missed a lot of traffic. Maybe a lunch rush here or there but thats really it. Only thing I did was arrive early to spend at least an hour looking for parking :mjlol:

Then by the time I leave, no traffic again at like 11pm.

Also got to workout since we had a gym in the building, so once everything calmed down at like 6pm, some of us either went running or I went to the gym and lifted.

Sometimes we would bounce early due to the replacement shift coming in and them wanting to get started right after a turnover.

Goat job as far as time management was concerned
