Am I an NFL player getting paid millions of dollars a year for living my dream? Hard to imagine turning that down just because one of the teammates I may shower with could end up being attracted to my gender. Not even me. My gender.

The whole discussion reeks of insecurity, because it's highly unlikely Sam is the only gay dude in the Rams locker room anyway. What does him being open about it actually change? The closeted members of the team can check you out in the shower just the same. As a matter of fact, it's easier for them.

Why the fukk would I be in a shower with 50+ fitness models if I'm not a fitness model myself? Michael Sam is in the shower with 50+ fit male super-athletes because he is one. It's important to establish that difference because it begs the question of how me, an admittedly non-athletic male, ended up in a shower with attractive female athletes in the first place. The answer probably is "he did something perverted", not "he worked his ass off from childhood to live his dream". Think critically.
