Situation.
A certain person has a 2-3 mil $ deal in the pipeline that requires $50k investment to do the paperwork(lawyers, IP, pay off etc). Instead of the regular 20% take, you get "commited" to a 50/50 partnership & it lasts for X years eg for 4 years you make us money via your speciality finance/catering/I.T etc. It sounds good but you know for a fact during those X years, you will be asked to do things outside of what the contract on paper says (its more or less a contract in blood aka shedding blood is the only way to leave)..

Opportunity
$$$$ money. Lots of it. Clean/Dirty.. however.
Connections.. Lots of them, police, govt, hookers, anything you see on TV type shyt. G4 planes etc.

Drawbacks.
Death,Jail, No social media(contrary to what you believe, people gettin it in remain anonymous).
