during a survival situation like that all taboos would get tossed in the bushes. why let the zombies have the fat's perfectly good meat, no dame? it seems like a waste when you could harvest it and fill up your freezer for the next year instead.

a lever action rifle's a pretty low tier loot drop tho, at least you could use it as a tent pole or oar or smth
