I have dated both.

The weed smoker was annoying as hell and almost got me hemmed up with my job on some "just smoke, you won't have a piss test tomorrow." I had a piss test.

The cigarette smoker was very hospitable and always smoked off to the side out of respect and discouraged me from "drunk smoking" and picking up the habit in general.
