The better question is what would that tall, stiff legged, doo chased do on defense against the newer quicker pg' s of today :Lupe:

Chill, Young Magic was cookin' nikkas and dunking that shyt.

Most people these days only watch the late 80's videos of Magic vs the Celtics

When he lost to Jordan in the 91 Finals he was old and washed by then.

He wasn't washed lol, he got them to the NBA finals. No way in hell Magic sticks with Westbrook. Westbrook couldn't guard him either but lets be honest tho.

Im talking about when young Magic was in his early 20's like Westbrook is now.

Not old slow Magic who lost to Jordan in 91.

Magic wouldn't be a PG in this era. He'd be a "point forward" and be listed as a SF. He was really only a PG back then because he/they said he was and the term "point forward" wasn't in use yet. Your position is dictated only partially by what you do on offense and primarily by who you guard on defense, and Magic would not be guarding any of the top PGs in the league today the whole game. :ld:

same thing he did against nikkas like Isaiah who is quicker and has better handles than any current point guard.
:camby: acting like speed didn't exist until 2006.

Exactly, and Isaiah would destroy any point guard in the NBA right now....

The same thing he used to during those Lakers-Pistons Finals... get cooked. Hell, Isiah said the reason he and Dumars could score so easily was because one of them always had Magic guarding them. In today's NBA Magic would just run the offense from the forward spot because all of these point guards and most shooting guards in the league today would just be constantly running circles around him.

Magic was getting old and slow by the Lakers-Pistons Finals...

I'm talking young Magic who was cookin' nikkas back in the early 80's when he was Westbrook age

He wasn't even 30 years old yet. :stopitslime:

But anyway, no version of Magic Johnson was staying in front of Russell Westbrook. NO VERSION.

Magic was over 30 before the Pistons ever beat him in the NBA finals...Lets do the math just to confirm.....

Magic at 25 would destroy Westbrook at 25.
