His stupid haircut, naming him McGillicutty and letting him immediately speak when he wasn't ready pretty much killed him. If they paired him up with a manager, called him Joe Hennig, he'd be decent.
Harry Smith would have been decent too, if they didn't rush him & call him DH from the start
