What lucha do?

I remember discovering that shyt and fell in love with it

I just got with verizon. Only had 12gbs of data per month. So i had to conserve data. Verizon had a app called go90. Had original programming. NBA league pass and it Lucha. You could stream on the app with no data being lost. So i watched the hell out of that shyt.

So lucha folding stung a bit

WCPW easily:

  1. Bad production
  2. Majority of the roster was me too'd
  3. Triple Hates Haggish long dikk the UK market
  4. Too many "that doesn't work for me brothers" in that big ass tournament
  5. The dude that was apart of WC was a deviant that would make JBO brehs seem like virgins (some are lol)
Something that could be a powerful movement, ended up in smoke by the end of the year :francis:

At least we got Cultaholic out of the deal.

Wrestling Society X on MTV2 :wow: so many indy wrestlers that were popular at the time but the only breakout star I can recall is Tyler Black/Seth Rollins
Seeing Vampiro and New Jack back in 2006 on Saturdays were :wow:for me.
It's still crazy to think that MTV had that shyt on its channel

It was short lived but the precursor to lucha underground

Just goes to show how much better the 2000s were :wow:

-The production was fine.
-The wrestling Indy scene got FUKKED in that speaking out moment. But hey, don't be rapey! But what really fukked them was the adpocalype on YT when they started taking ad money from everyone.
- Yeah, WWE just bought all the talent they could.

And Adam Blampied. The face of internet wrestling YouTube. And he just can't stop trying to fukk his fans, secretaries, nurses, therapists and parole officer!

:francis:

And he would have done the same thing to Cultahololic! He fukking did it to Wrestle Talk. Dude is on Demon Time!
