This is the type of shyt that kills me about WWE...you want to be known as entertainment but you still want people to listen to you and like who you want. I'm not a fan of Marvel but I'm pretty sure that Marvel isn't making a movie about Aaron Stack because the majority of their audience doesn't give a fukk about him and it would be a waste...which means they're listening to their fans and giving them what they want so they make money.

WWE on the other hand wants to be entertainment but doesn't want to give their fans want they want but what they want us to have...the shyt is mind boggling to me and I will never ever understand it. It's like they have brainwashed their talent to believe that everyone should listen. This shyt reads like muthafukas are in the back like :what: &

because the fans aren't cheering who Vince and company want them to...shyt is :mindblown:

It wasn't always like this..when they against the wall with Sting and the NwO winning...that's when they got rid of Bret and Shawn on top and pushed Austin as the guy.

Ever since this Cena charade started, they've went against the grain of the fans. Like never before. The excuses...the politics....their marketing...it's been taunting and this "we are going to control the audience" attitude. Once...the fans thought getting behind CM Punk...the Rebel would get him top level booking but they sure he knew his place and put him under Cena, Taker, Brock, and even brought Cripple H back in a September 2011 PPV just to beat him for NO REASON:laugh: People got mad when Punk derailed but I was calling this out when Shelton was out working EVERYONE except for Eddie in 05 and what happened? They had Carlito end his 8 month IC reign and had him keep losing. Everyone at TSC thought he was going semi main event because he was still getting quality opponents...Michaels and Angle but it was the end for him and in the end, TSC justified the burial and acted like str8 marks for the WWE. Until the Rebel was halted....and later Bryan. Now they can see the light on something I spoke on 10 years ago...

It would have made much more sense to me if they had Bryan in the title match and Cena as the last guy Roman eliminated the Rumble. Definitely would have took some of the heat off of Reigns.
They could have even planted real seeds for Cena/Rusev too

They've been cute with Cena and Reigns and have kept them apart most of Roman's run.

Consider this: The general moviegoing populace probably didn't give a shyt for the Guardians of the Galaxy (of even knew who they were) when that movie came out, and yet Marvel Studios, James Gunn and everyone else involved in the film knew how to structure it so that people would be into the characters and the narrative by the time the movie ended.

Now, I think that movie is hideously overrated (not bad, but the fact that people liked it over Days of Future Past killed me. Also, I'm biased against the whole concept of the Marvel Cinematic Universe), but it speaks to a booking trope I always talk about on here: good bookers listen to the fans, and great bookers can properly manipulate the fans to invest themselves in what they want to push. WWE can't do either one at this point, and yet they (and the mark-ass wrestlers) have the audacity to complain about the fanbase rejecting Roman's push. Ridiculous.
