Honest if Hunter & Steph I think would just straight up told her they was sorry for how everything went down it would have help her a lot and maybe gave her some sense of peace.
Her life was never the same after Hunter stabbed her in the back plus add in the fact she fukk up her neck as well and got hook on drugs to cope with the pain. Plus you no she was dealing with depression after the whole Hunter situation. Just a sad sad end
