we had no all-stars or no superstars.

we tried building a team full of indians but no chiefs and we consistently fought for an 8th seed.

they were stuck in mediocrity.

not good enough to make the playoffs but good enough to not be the worst team in the league.

it was time to blow it up.

i won't be going to any rockets games next year but at least they're finally going in the right direction
