WTF Happened To The American Animation Industry?

I remember seeing something saying the animation on most cartoons are crappy now because everything is computer animated instead of everything being hand drawn by the artists. The reason being, was it was much quicker and cheaper to get things done this way.

And I agree, I hate the style of cartoons now.

There small companies that do american animation like titmouse,Industrial Light & Magic, pixar..etc. It's just eh decline of traditional animation.
