Nah man, we gotta stop thinking like that. State offices/legislatures are the reason for the Republican parties dominance. Yeah sure, the population isn't high, but they get to turn their states into Conservative laboratories.
Look at something like the ACA. The medicaid expansion has been denied by all but 1 or 2 republican governors. That shyt hurts the entire country in the long run.
I hear what you are saying i dont equate her being a governor with those other issues. Alaskans seem to love Republican or conservative governors.
