Looking at it, I see they changed the gameplay around a little bit
Basically it was Run N Gun before that came out.

I wish Konami would make a Run n Gun 3 for next gen systems. The gameplay >>> 2K & Live (Tru Story)

And I never seen this game before, anyone ever play this?

I posted the wrong video, but Run N Gun was a beast and possibly the best BBall game EVER MADE
There was a super nintendo version too. It was called NBA Give N Go

But it moved ALOT slower and the gameplay overall was different enough to make it not the same.
But the arcade version was a crack rock soldered onto a chip and put into an arcade cabinet
