I'm sure this has everything to do with how fast light travels, and when the camera took the actual photo. Basically, the person took the picture at the perfect time, right when the production team changed scenes, but still right before the light reflected upon the table. Or, maybe the opposite. The scene changed, and the tables reflection lagged behind.

I mean, it's that, or it's photoshopped.

BUT, considering this photo isn't "all over the net" and it's a huge size, I doubt it's shopped. I'm going with my first hunch.

Cameras take pictures horizontally, the tv changed to a different scene before the camera scanned the picture.
