People stay telling you to "Grow Up" when you're into something fun whether it be; Anime/Cartoons, Martial Arts Movies, Super Heroes shows, Comics, Videogames, Drawing.

Creativity is one of the main things that keeps people mentally healthy. Having that outlet that you're really interested in brings joy to your life. When sad people see you're happy about something they want to steal that joy from you. Everybody doesn't like to turn up with alcohol, thots and weed.

Imagine what the world would be like if Michael Jackson listened to them and just "grew up"? We would've never got Thriller, Smooth Criminal or Remember The Time. If Robert Townsend just "grew up" we would've never got Meteor Man showing a black man as the superhero. Same goes for Damon Wayans creating the Blankman character showing a black nerd saving the city.

Imagination is power, All of the beats and melodies you nod to are from the imagination. I will say this though don't just be into all that stuff with no goal in sight. Make your own Movies, Cartoons, Games, Shows, Comics just like they did. People will try to psyche you out of it so do it without their permission.
