First off they stick him with Kane.

Then he gets injured and they keep the belts on him. If they would of stripped the belts to let him heal then his return to reclaim the belts would of worked.

These bookers must not know the word "improvise."

I do think they shoulda stripped him given what he's been thru the fans would start the rally all over again. Bryan is still a hot act and a very sympathetic character so his return chase would be fun. As much as it pains me to admit it, would be even cooler if Hunter was the one who had the belt when he came back to take what's his.

I only hate the Kane thing because the whole team Hell no storyline isn't being played off, there should be an explained reason Kane is trying to ruin him other than "I wear a mask so I'm crazy" seems lazy.

I remember big show being champ in 1999 and facing viscera in his first title match at 10:15 to get him out the way for the real stars. I really believe Bryan got the belts and the mania moment as a fukk you appeasement to the vocal fanbase to get it out the way. WWE should be pushing Daniel Bryan as their #1 star over Cena and relax with the Reigns inevitability. They never intended to change their long term goals, thus Bryan is shuffled into mid card champ role

The Kane stuff makes no sense without bringing up team hell no. He's been injured for everything else. So not really is it bad booking but timing has been odd. His father's death took him off television and then he got injured. He is still more over than anyone in pro wrestling by far...Brie getting that pop in Chicago for a fukking segment PPV angle proved that.

Raw is missing Bryan carrying the show...his matches with Cesaro and Rollins. .him carrying Ryback and Reigns like no one else....those legit backstage Raw LIVE promos. His ring work will always keep this guy mattering. Stripping him? Bah...it's a heat angle and the title chase goes through him at Summerslam no matter how you cake it up.

WWE should be pushing Daniel Bryan as their #1 star over Cena and relax with the Reigns inevitability. They never intended to change their long term goals, thus Bryan is shuffled into mid card champ role

WWE can't adapt to change. They gotta stay on course with what they have planned, which in turn is hit or miss. Hell, I'm positive DB winning was one of the rare moments of change.

Creative fukked this up. If Bryan was allowed to run with the title straight out of SummerSlam to Royal Rumble, this shyt would be nothing. Instead they delayed the blow off with Bryan till WM, only to find out the dude's neck was roached from working his ass off until the blow off.
