Roman or Cesaro could be maint event possible stars if they could create a cool gimmick especially Cody Rhodes if he was able to talk good on the mic

But the ones who make it to be the one usually have a natural charisma or coolness about them like Rock or Austin or were larger than life like Hogan or Savage with an abundance of charisma in all their mannerisms...haven't seen that from anyone on that list or anyone since those guys to be honest
