This was an unexpectedly GOOD show.
Mojo/Hawkins on the Pre-Show meant I didn't have to watch it and clawed back an hour of my Monday evening to get topped off by the Mrs. Great start to proceedings.
Becky Vs Mickie was just good-ass sports entertainment. Becky gets a little more beautiful each week. These two have GREAT chemistry and you can tell they both care about psychology and getting a story over. Not the best work from either of them, but I hope they've got a little way to go in this feud because I can see them tearing the house down somewhere.
Dolph Vs Lucha Overground and the Crewtant Turtle... skipped most of it.

Who the fukk cares about any of these three?

Straight out of JBL's black-wrestler description playbook Crews has "all the tools to be a champion" but he's actively getting more boring by the week. They need to use the injury angle to give him some depth and attitude.
Tag Team Turmoil match was well booked and entertaining, but they need to stop doing the Ascension so dirty.

The Usos have made one of the more impressive heel turns I can remember recently... different threads, different swagger, different moves... heels you can spot just by their mean-mugs.

Didn't have ANY time for them in the Hi-Energy Samoan Haka-shouting party-boys guise and they've turned themselves into probably my favourite heel team that's not called Wyatt.
NATALYA NEIDHART IS THE REAL PRO-WRESTLING QUEEN BREHS.

She was on fire in the match against Nikki. Kept the connection with the crowd all the way through, stole some front-row c*nt's sign

gave Nikki's mom and brother crap at ringside

ya know, HEEL shyt. I was instantly pissed at the result, but then realised I'm actually looking forward to seeing another installment of a Nikki Bella feud which I didn't think was possible.
Orton/Harper - for a match I didn't really care about and could predict the result a mile off this was REALLY ENTERTAINING.

I hope Luke can stay in the big match scene... he's just great to have around. Threatening, great facial selling and ridiculously agile for a big man... very rarely don't enjoy him on screen.
Feel the motherfunkadactyl GLOW, SHE DID IT.

Apart from the semi-botched finish, which looked like it was Bliss' fault (I'll allow it.... she's otherwise flawless) this was excellent. Naomi is ridiculously talented and I think holding her off for so long made the fan reaction even sweeter... EEEEVVVERYONE is a Naomi fan really.

She needs to find a bit more personality on the mic, but she's a 10 in every other category. Bliss gets this heel thing as well as anyone I've ever seen... the facial expressions are PURE GOLD JERRY.

That whole "You're stepping on her hair" "I KNOW"

bit was inspired. I think she allowed herself a bit of extra heel-room knowing that Naomi was going over, but the hair flick... the gum spit.... the pure and wanton disrespect... how can you not love to hate this girl?
I don't normally enjoy Elimination Chamber matches that much tbh, but this was booked well. My main problem was with the structure itself - now, I think the old metal floors were stupid as fukk personally... everyone looked terrified bumping on there and it led to things looking fake once too often, so I agree with the mats in the interest of actually running good spots - BUT... they should've just retired the EC and come up with something new rather than having all the fans calling this the "PG Chamber" or some shyt.
Overall another great show from Smackdown. I hope they stick with Orton/Bray for Mania

Dream booking would be for them to take it down the darkest possible avenues for the next few weeks as they prepare for war *together*... maybe even a joint entrance to the match. Bray goes over CLEAN and then they embrace, bringing out Harper, Rowan and Braun for an end-of-show show of family strength in the ring. "We're here" Wyatt snuffs the candle and the stream cuts out. Won't happen though, they're finishing with Oldberg aren't they?
