Hell in a cell matches happen in october because there's the HIAC PPV at this time of the year.

But that's not how its supposed to work, this stipulation should be used in a very violent and personal feud to settle the score between two heated rivals not just be a PPV theme.

I enjoyed these at Mania, thought it was a shame when it was removed. Having it's own PPV seemed like too much. Had a big feel at Mania. You could have 1 men's 1 at Mania at women's 1 at Evolution.
