- WWE officials have shown interest in recent weeks in acquiring El Generico, a Canadian independent wrestler who uses the gimmick of a luchador from Mexico.

He could be a HUGE star in today's PG Era. He has one of the most Corny and goofy ass gimmicks in the business and he makes it work like no other. He's probably the last true babyface in wrestling that doesn't get any flack from the fans, people just want to cheer for the guy. AND he's an amazing in ring worker.
