Yeah, I read that same taping.
Just read some older ones. Seems like Keanu Carver might be on Season 2 as well. I added a few names above after you replied.

Edit: Summer Sorrell and Haze Jameson also possible new additions. All on Evolve currently.

Binged this show, and it was a very good binge. I think this format is much better than tough enough and there's a decent mix of entertainment and variety.I thought the men finals was weak, but going with Jasper makes a ton of sense. He has the look of a wwe big man and he does have a personality. I think Booker gassed him up too much though. I understand it's for entertainment but I can see it rubbing people the wrong way.I thought some of the winners for the challenges was BS. I felt Chris Island should've won some of the challenges but he was usually overlooked. Also, was suprised Anthony Luke didn't get more screen time, so reality show editing didn't do him any favours imo. It felt the show was mainly highlgithing Jasper Troy, Shiloh Hill, BJ Ray, and Cutler James.

Onto the women, I think they picked the right choice for the winner. Zena had the best character but she still needs some seasoning imo. Tyra Mae Steele is more ready for TV and it's easy to buy first female Olympic gold medalist. She also seemed to improve in the ring and I think if she shows a bit more personality she can do well in the WWE. I think other than the finalist it felt the women were way too green but it makes sense due to limited background and lot of them just getting into wrestling. Sirena Linto really surprised me because I thought she wasn't going to improve but she showed out near the end.

standouts: Elijah Holyfield, Chris Island, Bayley Humphrey, Anthony Luke, Sirena Linton, Troy Yearwood, and the wrestlers in the finals

For season 2 I hope they focus a bit more on coaching. It makes me wonder how they didn't get much out of Troy because the potential seems to be there but coaching might not be there. Also, would like to get to see more of the process because I always find that part interesting. If BJ is in season 2, then I hope they tone down his character because it feels way too much like a bad MJF. Lastly, sad to see Mickie go because I liked her as a coach and I don't have high hopes for Michelle McCool.

Unsure if I will watch season 2 weekly but it's a good binge

Jeremy Borash and Vic Joseph were on commentary.

Undertaker and Michelle McCool were introduced and watched the taping from the crow’s nest.

Match 1) Bayley Humphrey defeated Penina Tuilaepa.

Layla Diggs cut a promo that Lainey Reid interrupted. The two got into words leading to a brawl with Layla getting the upper hand sending Lainey to the floor.

Match 2) Anthony Luke defeated Shiloh Hill

i actually thought it would be jasper and zena but not mad at the final results :ehh:
Man I don’t like that chick TMS there is something missing from her that just doesn’t click with me. The whole gold medal thing is t enough anymore.
