There's several summer feuds that were better though. Without even thinking too hard I can think of a few Edge vs Fatt and Edge vs Cena come to mind easily
None of them had a match as good so who cares. I mean, people probably voted on the strength off that match alone.
Cena RKO fued was probably hotter too, when orton was punting cenas dad, getting wins on him, chaining cena up to ringposts and kendo sticking him and whatnot...
Summerslam 02 was a GOAT summerslam and that match stole the show
I don't really see what's so far fetched about this. It's easily a top 3, probably comes down to personal preference
