You shouldn't disown your seed for ANY reason. If his marriage is over, it's over no matter what he does with the kid. The wife is obviously hurt and wants others to suffer with her. If he disowns the kid it's not gonna magically make her hurt go away. He already fukked up and probably isn't too thrilled with his married life anyway(hence the cheating) so he might as well do the right thing and take that L. Hopefully he wont make the same mistake again.

he should try to convince her to abort. promise her the world and tell her that the baby complicates things cause it'll make his wife more spiteful in the eventual divorce.

if that doesn't work, he should then tell the wife he wants to stay but he's not disowning his flesh and blood. fukk that. is she divorces then just be single.

A married man of 10+ years with children has an affair with another woman and she gets pregnant. The wife finds out and is very angry. The other woman decides to have the baby. The wife tells the husband, either you disown the baby or we're getting a divorce. The husband makes well over $100k a year a year and will be obligated to pay alimony,child support, and give up the house if he gets divorced based on state divorce laws. What should the husband do?

This is how I was born

My mom & my pops grew up on the same street & for one reason or another, they missed their window. Years later, my moms is divorced & my pops going through issues with his wife. After they separated, he came back home to get that old thing back. My mom got pregnant, his wife threatened to take everything and......well you know the rest of the story

Ironic thing is, we got a strained relationship but, Im tight as hell with my grandparents

The only way i see him getting out of this without losing his kids, house and most of his money; he would have to share that girl.
- he'd have to hire some playboy type dude to holler at his wife and when they bout to smash the husband "catches them in the act" and takes pics of the whole thing. That way he can guilt his wife to not get the divorce, or if she preceeds with it, he'll have proof that she was doing dirt too and wouldnt lose as much if anything.

With the situation dude in, shyt like this is probably worth trying.
