Find a friend that sells bars, you're in Boston, shouldn't be hard. When you have anxiety (real anxiety, not just tryna get fukked up) take 1/4th of the bar. You will feel a feeling of complete calm, and total lack of any worry.

For anxiety, L-Theanine is like some random dude punching you in the face. Xanax/Klonopin/Valium/Ativan are like having George Foreman punch you in the face.

For the life of me I can't imagine why people would willingly put these powerful, man-made chemicals in their bodies considering the track record of these things. If you have to choose one I would say go with MJ. People have been smoking that for hundreds of years at least.
