I been checking the challenges and nobody seems to be doing it

I'm about to be on my 6th card.. over a million points/whatever earned.
I can throw Karate Kicks now with vicious intentions
It even improved my dance move confidence because Mossa training has a "Groove" section (dance)
My shorty wanted to do it, wanted me to do it with her.
Now I think I can dance :patrice:

Anyone else at least try it yet? And you all are missing out. At the very least try Mossa Fight Training :birdman:

nah i tried 3xs and couldn't finish any of the mossa shyts with great form. i just hit up the gym instead

nah i tried 3xs and couldn't finish any of the mossa shyts with great form. i just hit up the gym instead

I'm now on Fight 1/2 one day, Then Core 1/2 the next
But I need at least 1hr 1/2 so I add other shyt to the routine. But there has been major upgrades in me :manny:

Real talk, no bullshyt. I'm in the best shape I've been in a loooong time

fukk, I'm slipping. When I seen that the fitness stuff was pretty decent I was excited to try some of it. But that was day one and I forgot about it since. Think I'll try some workouts tonight

nikka ...fukk out the thread n quit hating...I bet you don't know that the fitness app has official workout programs like P90X...you're just assuming it's kinect ...jump..kick...shyt...right? Maybe court isn't explaining it properly but the shyt is well detailed...I used it a few times...(P90X and some cardio videos)...shyt is dope...and has a lot of shyt in it...

But I still get it in regardless. Real Talk, Try that Mossa Fight training. Its a good starter workout
Then if you take it seriously, after the 30mins? You should feel it (unless you do other similar workouts already)
I didn't do it to improve my techniques.. that just comes with the territory. So now, I'm vicious with my kicks

I'm excited about it, I've gotten a few others to try and now they do it all the time
It tracks you, and will update you on the community and your friends scores on the same workouts thus making you wanna work out even harder.
I just want MORE competition cuz I'm crushing everyone on my friends list who does it :to:

But now I do all my workouts at home (which I sort of did anyway + the gym)
I can't do heavy lifting and all these workouts. Muscle Milk can't save me from all that :sadbron:
I been doing workouts so my entire body gets it in. I've lost 15pounds since XB1 came out
I got more stamina than I've had.. possibly ever.
I been talking about how I been breaking girls off... I'd honestly give a lot of the credit to the workouts I been doing

Breh that's legit good shyt yeah fitness is a key got to be in shape if not just for the quality of life it provides.
