Sooo my xbox wont allow me to get onto xbox live, its keeps asking to update security than it comes up with my email and password but keeps saying something is wrong

i cant get into my emails cause its an old one and ive forgotten the password

this shyt just creeped up on me and xbox has never asked me to do this so why now when gta online is coming soon? FFS

can only play offline

if i cant get this fixed i'll probably make another account to play gta online and thats it im done with this shyt and going back to ps2 .

is their a way to transfer my saved data from my "first account" to my "up coming account" ??? so that my stats from gta move on to the new one????

I have no idea why this happens, maybe somebody tried to get in yo shyt?
Regardless, there is a way around this. Just keep trying, keep backing out of entering the info
You don't have to turn your system off, it happened to me a couple of times, usually after playing on another persons console, then when I get back to mine the prompt comes up
I backed out 2/3x and it stopped asking and allowed me to play normally. I have a couple of friends who experienced the same, handled it the same way as well

I did this yesterday and it worked but today i tried and nothing happened, i must of turned it off 10times

Don't turn your Xbox off.Just back out of that shyt and sign in again.You should be all good.Happens to me a lot.
