I more shocked by the amount of white people in that picture than i am the lack of black people.
Literally impossible to find this many(more qualified) white people in an industry dominated so strongly by Asians. has to be some mjpls going on. Asians not gonna complain about them though.

That's how the video game community truly is all those companies workforce 90% white... in an open world a diverse workforce means gay, women, non black people of color
