This is the section this youtuber is upset about.

You guys agree with him or is he overreacting?
  • In addition, your Items may not use the name of the Microsoft Game in their title to give the impression that Microsoft is the source of the Item, or authorized or endorsed the Item. Items that make referential use of our titles are fine, for example, “Let’s Play Forza Motorsport 5” or “Tips and Strategies for Halo 5.” Using the Game title to tag your Item on social media is fine. We also don't object to "Red vs. Blue" or "Operation Chastity". But we may object to "Halo: Covenant Strike," for example, if it could be confused as something Microsoft produced or licensed, or if it could be mistaken as an official part of the Game. We just want to make sure consumers don't get confused.

These old dinosaurs need to really understand that this is not the past.

Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft and all these 3rd parties are focusing on the wrong fight. All of this stuff on social media is free promotion to them. Gaming is generally competitive or at the very least a challenge for the player to solve. Many of those who actually watch these videos after initial impressions own the games themselves and use these videos are reference to compare themselves against the uploader or tips on how to get past a certain part they are stuck on.

Nintendo is definitely the worst though, they were on an all out assault for a while on YouTube videos.
