Dragon Age Inquisition has a powerful African looking mage named Vivienne. Witcher series are based in Poland. But Cirilla found other world's with black people in them. Bloodborne is based in victorian England.

You failed to mention the "other worlds" with black people where not really "people" as much as they were demonic creatures. Its basically the same thing, right
