obviously the ppl behind the account weren't prepped for that question. The systems are still young...There is still information left to announce or relay to customer service.

as a matter of fact...did sony say that we can sell their controllers or console if we wish? Did Nintendo? Certain things don't need a confirmation if you have common sense...
