I honestly expected Infamous to outsell Titanfall. Its an established franchise. It has a higher resolution. Better graphics. More importantly you don't need online services to play. with 7 million Consoles sold there was an opportunity for 7 million people to pick up their biggest game of the spring. Only 1 out of 7 of those people got it.
Titanfall is a new online only game using that old source engine. running at a measly 792p With only about 4 million xbox ones sold we can assume that 1/4 of all the xbox one users either don't have gold or good enough connections to play this game and yet 1/4 xbox owners bout this. Likely 1/3 (accounting for the users that can play it).
for all you dummies this is all about fractions. But I'll tell you what? I don't know what they are going to do about the consoles. They won't go broke like Sega so its no big deal but maaaan. More so than worrying about what happens if Microsoft gets outsold I"m wondering what's going to happen with they continue to have better games and get outsold.
