They're releasing their new flagship phone, which costs about $350 but is not a 'cheap' device by any means.
It features all the goodness us Americans have come to associate with flagship phones.

Design - Unibody Metal and Glass or Ceramic (check)

If I was in the market for a phone, I'd simply by this one.
Xiaomi Mi 5 features 18 LTE bands, supports 4G LTE for all major US carriers (AT&T and T-Mobile included)
