Not enough can be said about how fun this was brehs

:blessed:

I’m talkin Elix Skipper walking the top of the cage, Voodoo Kin Mafia trolling Vince, Abyss taking thumbtack bumps every week era..

That Captain Charisma finally getting the run he deserved, Paparazzi Productions shyt

That Samoa Joe vs Kurt Angle, Don West going absolutely ape shyt for every spot era.

The TNA product was so much better than WWE’s at the time. Nobody can convince me otherwise. Even their jobbers like Mikey Batts and “Mr 630” Jerrelle Clark were fire

I started watching TNA in 07 and shyt in 08-09 I was more of a TNA fan than a WWE fan.

MEM led by Perc Angle was :wow:

The REAL Women’s Evolution with Gail Kim, Awesome Kong, ODB, and The Beautiful People :blessed:

Tag Team Division was on another level with MCMG, LAX, Beer Money, and Team 3D :whew:

Big facts throughout this thread :salute:

2007-2009 I was exclusively a TNA fan. I had already stopped watching the E for a couple years because of Cena's reign of terror. TNA had it all... a good mix of old and new talent, great matches, amazing feuds, solid promos, the Knockouts (women's) division, X division, good commentary by Mike Tenay, etc.

I remember the night in '07, when I first happened upon a random Impact episode while flipping through channels:

I saw Ron Killings putting in work, and was like :ehh:

I saw Samoa Joe wrestle for the first time, and instantly became a fan of his :whew:

I saw Christian Cage being used way better than he had ever been in WWE :blessed:

Perc Angle doing Perc Angle things :demonic:

EDIT: I also attended Lockdown 2009 in Philly.

When Team 3D (The Dudleys) and Beer Money, Inc. were fighting in the crowd, D'Von and James Storm were brawling right next to me.
:wow:

Awesome Kong vs. Angelina Love working their hearts out while the crowd chants horny things at Velvet Sky at ringside
:shaq:

Kong doing a front flip off the top rope :ohhh:

Scott Steiner still being able to do a perfect frankensteiner from the top rope. :ehh:

Suicide doing suicide things, and jumping off the cage :demonic:

Foley vs. Sting main event was the worst part. Both of them were too old and washed for this type of match.
:hhh:

Lashley surprise debut at the end :krs:
