When I was 18/19 (as was she) I wouldn't say extremely rich or wealthy, but the equivalent of a trust dividend 10k/month, so like 120k, and at that age.... and I wouldn't say 'date', not to imply anything sordid, that was my first love. Still do. I don't care about her money, if she worked at 7/11, I'd feel the exact same way.
I dated a woman whose pops had 7-figure money from music and media rights. She was like anybody else but out of touch and naive when it came to financial matters. I dated her when I was basically broke and she didn't even appreciate me spending what little I had with her. But it's funny how things turn out. I was always smart and ambitious whereas she never developed a work ethic or plan. Further, her father had largely obtained his wealth through some luck and good connections. That was just 6 years ago. Their fortune was largely squandered on gambling and a side baby. Today I live in a penthouse on the East Coast and they live in the hoods right outside of Las Vegas.

Yeah. Things didn't work out because of it. She didn't understand why I was stressing about studying and getting a decent job out of college while she was skating along bouncing from bullshyt degree to bullshyt degree. Took her like 7 years literally to graduate college. Her parents owned a $4M spot in Manhattan, a spot in SF, and some spots over in Asia.
