I changed my name due to privacy concerns. At first, I thought these apartments were beautiful. At first everything was extremely quiet. After about a month, I had so many issues it was unreal. Shootings ALL the time. A young lady moving in was shot in the head. A couple asleep in the living room their sliding glass door shot out and both were shot. Two weeks ago someone shot shots every 20-30 min for two straight hours. Call MPD and the response oh we have received multiple calls about this issue... how safe does that make you feel

It was cool at the start. Was robbed twice. 65 inch LG, and a PS4. Second time...70 inch Vizio, lap top, sound bar and more. Other than that it was cool. Asked them to not come in when I wasn’t home because I work all day like most people. They still came In. They fixed most of of the stuff, but would email me they fixed things that they never fixed. Frustrating

no security. gates never work. my apt was broken into and two days later another person apt was broken into and he was robbed and killed. both are unsolved crimes. the day my apt was broken into the police told me that was the 3rd one in the complex in the past couple hrs. no camera footage for either robbery.
